William Lear, or, Bill, as his friends know him, is a Bible Teacher and the Author of the book entitled "Caught In The Knot (or not).

 

Born and raised in a Christian home in Pennsylvania, Bill was fortunate to have Godly parents who taught him and his siblings the truths contained in the Word of God. In addition, he was also able to attend many different meetings and events over the years with his parents. Some of these meetings featured many well known Ministers such as A.A. Allen, Kathryn Kuhlman, and Dan and Ann Gimminez. Much of what he learned from his parents and in these settings have helped to shape the message that Bill believes the Lord has anointed him to deliver to those he can reach.

In 1973 Bill married a young lady who grew up in a town close to where he was raised. After moving to Oklahoma in 1980, he studied the Word of God for 2 years at Rhema Bible Training Center under the anointed teaching of Rev. Kenneth E. Hagin and many other gifted teachers.

​

During this time he worked as a janitor for the Broken Arrow Public School System and in the Helps Ministry at Grace Fellowship Church under the leadership of Pastor Bob Yandian.

 

After graduating from Rhema, Bill and his wife and newborn baby were called to Oregon where he served as an Associate Pastor for a church led by a former Rhema Graduate.

Later Bill and his family moved back to Oklahoma where he once again returned to a Custodial position for Broken Arrow Schools.  His faithfulness, diligence and work ethic through the years enabled him to advance to the position of Supervisor, then to the position of the Assistant Director, and finally after many years of service Bill was elevated to the position of the Director of the Custodial Department for the entire Broken Arrow School System, where he served a total of 30 years, finally retiring in 2016.

 

Bill continues to reside in Broken Arrow where he has undertaken his God-Given calling of helping others to know their place in Christ and to encourage people to move forward in obedience to God's Word.

 

Many years of study and prayer have given Bill a special insight into the Word of God for those who become depressed or downtrodden because things in life have not worked out the way they might have expected. His speaking style and his manner carry with it a sincere and genuine command of faith in God's Word that is sure to help strengthen, encourage, and build up those who have an ear to hear what God has to say in His Word.
