This song could not be more appropriate for today with all this world is facing.

1) The corona virus

2) Such unrest in America and in the world around us

3) Fires in California

4) Demonstrations that destroy homes, stores and businesses

5) Choosing a president

6) Choosing who needs to fill the different seats at the capital

In these times, we absolutely need to turn to God and pray for our nation, pray for the removal of this virus. We need to stand against the unrest, not with demonstrations and violence, but in prayer, supplication and speaking healing to our nation:

We need to seek God on who we need to vote for this year for a president, senate, and other areas that have openings for us to vote on:

This is not the year that we should be coming against each other, but we need to spend time seeking God and his desires for America:

We need to speak God’s word over the violence and command the enemy (the devil) to stop his maneuvers in bringing chaos into the world.

We need to seek God and find out how we can and need to walk in love towards our fellowman:

All of this turmoil is not of God, he is not the author of confusion, mistrust, fighting etc.

A God of love will not bring calamity to any one person or a nation.

Calamity is an act brought on by satan himself, He is the author of confusion: His goal is to destroy anything and everything that comes against his plan.

Note: Regardless of what people, even some preachers say, God is not the author of confusion!

God is love and where there is love, there is no confusion. When you study the word about God and Jesus, you see how love operates and that love will drive our hate and discord:

Love saves, love heals, love brings prosperity and not poverty. It is not God’s will for us to live in confusion and discord:

Jesus is our anchor and when we look at a ship out in the ocean, we see boats that have dropped their anchors and those anchors grabbed onto something that won’t move. Yes, that boat might shake and rock back and forth, but it will not move until that anchor is lifted above that which it grabbed onto:

We can grab onto God and his word and trust him that we will not move from his plan during this unrest:

Jesus is still Lord rather it looks like it or not, we need to keep him at the helm of our ship or keep it at the steering wheel of our lives:

What this world needs is Jesus and he is the only one: He is our rock that we cling to: He is the one we need to look to in times of trouble and unrest:

Philippians 4:13 says --- I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me: The word (all) means exactly that, you can do all things, however sometimes we need to bolster our faith by asking other believers to stand with us in what we are believing for, but first we need to find out if what we are believing for is covered by the word of God; Foolish requests are not covered by the word:

Go back up to the song and read it over and over until those words get deep within you.

You also must understand that this cannot be a hit and mis thing. It cannot be something you do today and not tomorrow or something you do every now and then, but it must become a lifestyle or something you do regularly as you would eat:

Take time out of each day to pray, sing praises to God, thank him for his goodness and the life he gave you for if it was not for God the creator, nothing would exist:

If it wasn’t for God to give his own son to die on the cross, we would all be lost without any way of being saved and if it wasn’t for the willingness for Jesus to obey his father and come to earth and die on the cross, we would be a mess:

In times like these you need a Savior, In times like these you need an anchor; Be very sure, be very sure, Your anchor holds and grips the Solid Rock! Don’t be caught rocking the boat, up one day and down the next: Be constant with the word of God, pray for this nation:

Pray for the president and the other leaders, have faith in God that he will answer our prayers:

REMEMBER: JESUS IS LORD!
