There is a fountain!

THERE IS A FOUNTAIN BY:

BY: William Cowpel and Lowell Mason

Verse 1: There is a fountain filled with blood, drawn from Immanuel s veins; and sinners plunged beneath that flood, lose all their guilty stains, lose all their guilty stains, lose all their guilty stains:

I will stop with this song at giving the first verse only:

You might ask, why are you writing so much about the blood? Well, one thing I know, is that the blood of our savior Jesus Christ, was and is the most important and powerful blood there is: For without it, we would all go to hell: There would not have been a remission of sins:

Through the shedding of his blood, we have healing for our bodies; we have healing for the soul, and we have eternal life:

We are no longer damned to hell, because of the blood: His blood that was spilled was and is still so precious:

I know, I spoke about the blood in my last teaching, but as I said in my last teaching; There is not enough emphasis on the importance of the blood: I heard in my spirit, that the reason why this world is in the shape it is in, is because we no longer speak or sing these songs about the blood anymore, especially the ones that speak much of the blood and what Jesus Christ did through his death, burial and resurrection:

It is so important for us not to forget what was done at the cross and through the shedding of his blood:

A minister by the name of Mark Hankins, wrote a confession of faith and I believe we need to adopt this confession and make it a daily speech in ours and our family’s life:

Confession of Faith: By Mark Hankins

· I commune with God at the mercy seat, where the blood of Jesus has been applied. (Exodus 25:22)

· Through the blood I have atonement and union with the Father: (Romans 3: 25)

· My sin and its effects are in remission because of the shed blood of Jesus: (Hebrews 9: 22)

· I have been redeemed, not with corruptible things, but with the precious blood of Christ: (1 Peter 1: 18, 19):

· I overcome the accuser by the blood of the lamb and the word of my testimony: (Revelation 12:11)

· Through the blood of the eternal Spirit, the blood purges my conscience from sin: (Hebrews 9:14)

· I draw near to God with faith, the blood sprinkles my conscience, and my body is washed with pure water: (Hebrews 10:22).

· The just shall live by faith, and my faith is in the blood of Jesus: Because of the blood of Jesus, I am forgiven, I am redeemed, I am healed:

Through confessions like this and others, help build us up in who Christ is and what he has done:

Confessions as a whole are very important in our lives and well-being: You can take songs like this and the one I wrote in the past and speak it like a confession over and over and you will see how it changes your life:

In one of my future teachings, as the Lord leads, I will talk more about confessions and the importance thereof, and these confessions will be for your use:

Confessions will build you up and remind you of who we are in Christ: To many times and to many people think that all you have to do is get born again, then they don’t grow any further in him: Confessions will cause you to grow spiritually and help you when depression tries to get inside of you.

I know, because I have been speaking confessions of faith over my life and over my family and those confessions have made a difference in my life as well as my family:

Let’s get back to this teaching about the importance of singing and speaking much about the blood and its importance:

It is not good enough for us to get born again, then just go on our merry way and never look back or give thanks or praise to God and the Lord Jesus Christ for what was done for us: There is so much more for us to learn and get a hold

There is a fountain

of that will cause us to grow in him: It is extremely important for us to keep reminding ourselves what happened from the cross to the throne and about the shedding of the blood:

It is also our duty to tell others about Jesus’ death, burial and resurrection: It is our duty to tell about the blood of Jesus that was shed, not only for us, but for all of man-kind throughout the ages. When we get to heaven, we will still be talking about the precious blood and being thankful for it: Again, we need to make much of the shedding of his blood. What he did is beyond human understanding, that is why we must believe it in our spirits (heart):

Take time and read these over and over: Find scriptures that talk about the blood that was shed: Take time to do your own study about the blood and what happened from the cross to the throne:

Until next time! I will be writing more, leave your comments and prayer requests: I would like to pray for you;

God Bless!
