THERE IS A HERO THAT LIVES WITHIN YOU!
No matter who you are or what gender you are, there is a hero within you! I am talking to those of you who are born again and have Christ living in you:
In other words, those who are born again, those who have made Jesus lord of their lives have a hero inside of you:
We who have Jesus in us, have the Spirit of God living in us who works in and through us making us strong in the Lord and in the power of his might:
Definition of a hero --- A person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities:
A good example of a hero, is one who saved a persons life, maybe while in the service, or one who saved a persons life at a car wreck, or a fireman who saved someone from a burning house or a car:
But the hero living inside of a born-again Christian is the Spirit of God who saved us from going to hell: (Now that is a real hero)
This hero that lives inside of us, will guide us through life as we navigate through and put our trust in him:
The hero inside of us can take a person, who has no courage and make them courageous:
With the hero in us, we can do all things through Christ Jesus, who strengthens us:
Ephesians 6:10 --- finally my brethren, be strong in the lord and in the power of his might:
Philippians 4:13 --- I can do all things through Christ which (notice --- it does not say might or maybe) I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me:
The Holy Spirit lives inside of every born-again person: He guides us and helps us to make the right decisions that can and will make us a hero:
To put the hero in us to work, we must know who we are in Christ! The way we do that is through study of God’s word:
A natural hero did not just wake up one morning and say, “ I am a hero!” No most hero’s we have heard of in history had some type of training before they became a hero: Now, I must add this, there have been hero’s that were hero’s by instinct, such as one who saved someone from a burning vehicle or house but most of the hero’s had some type of training:
We as Christians, have the living God residing in us: The moment you accept Jesus as your Savior, the hero moves on the inside:
The living God will turn the biggest wimp into a hero: He can totally change a person completely around:
But, you must let him, you can no longer just operate in or by your head knowledge, but you must lean upon him and his wisdom: Again, you may see an accident and the first thing you might say, is I have to get them out of there before it catches fire, well that is where the Holy Ghost comes into play and will direct you step by step:
The above comes by knowing the voice of the Holy Spirit: There are a lot of born again Christians that act just like they did before they were born again, because they did not know how to put their trust in him and let hi change them from the inside out!
Being born again, is wonderful, but when we look into the word of God, we begin to see there is much more to being a Christian than just accepting Jesus as our savior:
The new birth is wonderful, but being filled with the spirit of God is an added blessing to us:
The Holy Spirit will teach us and guide us, if we learn to keep our mouths shut and listen:
You might be born again, and you might say, I don’t feel like a hero: Well learning to hear the Spirit of God takes time and takes knowing his word:
Time spent in prayer and the word of God, can activate the hero in us: Once you are born again, that hero is there inside of you: He maybe inactive, because you don’t know how to put him to work:
Take time to pray, study the Bible, Get filled with the Spirit with the speaking in tongues and see what happens after that:
There is so much to learn about the new birth and being filled with the spirit, that most humans have no idea what can be done:
I can remember (not the date) but when I was born again, I did not really feel any different than before I was born again, but after I received the in-filling of the Spirit of God, I saw a change in my life of which I cannot explain in this teaching:
Also, the word of God (the bible) and mixed into that born-again person and being filled with the Spirit made a difference:
I really understand now why we must be born again, filled with his Spirit, study his word, what all of this made a difference in my life: (I am not who I used to be)
THERE REALLY IS A HERO INSIDE OF YOU, LET THAT HERO COME OUT AND SEE WHAT HE CAN DO:
REMEMBER: JESUS IS LORD!
