What are you thinking?

“WHAT YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT, WILL BE WHAT YOU SAY ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHAT YOU WILL BECOME:”

You can change what you speak by changing what you think! What is mostly on your mind is what is in your heart (spirit):

Is it --- How can I get more money? How can I get a new car or house?

Is God and his ways on your mind? Or is it, “I don’t know what to do, I tried everything, and nothing works!”

Faith failure comes from stinkin thinkin: take the word of God and cleanse your mind: You can look all through the word and read story after story of people who had stinkin thinkin and walked in defeat:

Now, there is nothing wrong about thinking about those things above, unless that is all you think on! We all have negative thoughts and feelings come to us, but what makes you operating in faith or unbelief is if those things are in agreement with God’s word or not:

Matthew 6:38 --- But seek ye first the kingdom of God:

Philippians 4:8 --- Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, what soever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report, if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things:

Virtue --- Behavior showing high moral standards:

· A quality considered morally good or desirable in a person:

· A good or useful quality of a thing:

Are your thoughts (the ones you are constantly thinking on) following any of the things written in Philippians 4:8?

I am not talking about things that enter into your mind once in a while; I am talking about what you think on over and over and over which you dwell on: We will always have negative thoughts come to us, but what are we doing with them? Tossing those negative thoughts out or dwelling on them:

This is where a lot of us fall into depression or thinking this word of God does not work etc.

It is not easy, but we must change our thinking, if we want God’s promises to work for us:

You see, the first two, three or four times you think on the negative, might not move your faith in the promises of God, but continued on and on will eventually discourage you and get you off of the faith track:

Faith is what moves God! Faith is what moves those mountains in your life:

Faith and proper speaking and thinking will move you closer and closer to your receiving what God has promised you:

I can tell you these things are true: In 2016, I was diagnosed a diabetic and the more I thought on what the doctor said that could happen, the more worried I got: I am not saying, his words were not true as far as the diagnosis goes for most people, but I knew that God healed and I could not dwell on those things: I had to change my thinking to the word:

Now, I still have symptoms, but I speak the word over those symptoms every time they flare up:

Just because I minister the gospel or the word of God, does not mean that I do not have negative thoughts! If I told you that, I would be lying, but I do not dwell on those thoughts:

I realize this teaching is similar to others, but for some reason, I feel I must keep at it for a while before moving on to another subject:

I hear on a regular basis, that everything that comes on you that is negative, is God teaching you something: Well, if that is true, why don’t you learn the lesson, so you don’t have to go through that over and over?

No, that is a direct lie from satan! God’s word says, he sent his word to heal you: You could also say, he sent his word to save you, they are both correct, for Jesus is the word and he was sent to do both:

Jesus bore our sickness, disease, pain and poverty on his body when he went to the cross:

Nowhere in the word do you read or see or hear him (Jesus) say, no, I will not heal you today or at this time, I want you to suffer a little longer so it will teach you a lesson:

Let’s take the woman with the issue of blood: She said, if I can touch the hem of his garment, I shall be whole and when she did, she was: Jesus did not say, no, not today, it is not your time: You haven’t learned your lesson yet! No, there is nothing in the word of God that says that:

Always check out what people say, including ministers, with the word of God: Spend time in the word instead of listening to others telling you what the word says, even ministers: (Take notes, then go to the word, look it up and see for yourself, if what they say is true:

Remember: Jesus id Lord!
